Prepare for your visit to Ashland Glamping!
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please read in full before booking.
If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount you’ve paid. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days of check-in do not qualify for a refund. Additionally, failure to show up for your reservation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the booking amount.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we highly recommend considering travel insurance to provide additional coverage in case of unexpected changes to your plans.

Is there a minimum stay?
At this time, we do not have a minimum stay requirement.
Will there be bugs or wildlife?
Of course! You can anticipate seeing bugs and wildlife throughout your visit at Ashland Glamping.
Is there heating & AC?
Each glamping unit has A/C and heating capabilities for the hot summer nights or cold winter months.
What is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM – Check-out time is 10:30 AM.
We will send you an email and text on the day of check-in to provide essential details regarding your check-in. Please inform us if you plan to check in later than 8 PM so we can plan accordingly for your arrival.
Before 10:30 AM check out, please ensure all used dishes have been washed and put away. To check out, please text your Ashland Glamping host when you have left your cabin.
Getting around
The glampgrounds offer everything within walking distance, but if you’re interested in exploring local attractions, you’ll require a car since Ubers and Taxis are unavailable. However, it’s just a short bike ride away from local trails, parks, and restaurants.
What’s the difference between Glamping and Camping?
Ditch those pop-up tents and sleeping bags. Our glamping units offer the indoor essential amenities like electricity, running (hot) water, real beds, AC/heating, private bathrooms, and more.
However, we want you to arrive with accurate expectations. Ashland Glamping is not a luxurious hotel or 5 star resort. We do no have a concierge or food services. You may encounter some bugs or wildlife.

Are there things to do on the property?
Let the adventures begin! Ashland Glamping offers variety of on site actives including fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and so much more. We encourage you to start and share your own adventure!
Do you allow dogs?
While everyone at Ashland Glamping are dog lovers, we do not allow dogs (or cats) on the glampgrounds or in the glamping units.
Is there wifi?
We encourage all our guests to unplug during their visit and reconnect with each other. For this reason, we do not offer WiFi in any of the glamping cabins. However, there is clear cell phone signal with Verizon.
What is the bathroom situation?
Each glamping unit offers a full bathroom with walk-in shower and hot water. Additionally, soap/shampoo, toilet paper, and towels are provided.
Which glamps best accommodate families or groups?
The majority of our other glamping units sleep 5-7 guests. For specific details, check out our variety of glamping units.
What’s provided and what should I bring?
Each glamping site includes:
-Bathroom towels and toilet paper
-Soap/shampoo
-Bed sheets and blankets
-Keurig
-Microwave
-Cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware
-Gas propane grill & cooking utensils
-Smokeless outdoor fire pit, perfect for s’mores or hot dogs.
Some glamping units may have additional amenities. Please review our glamping units section for more details.
We recommend bringing:
-Food & drinks – all glamp sites have fridges with freezers.
-Bug Spray & Sunscreen
-Weather appropriate clothes
-Toothbrush and other personal toiletries
-A flashlight for navigating outside
What is your payment policy?
100% of payment is due at booking.
Firepit Policies
Each glamp site has a smokeless dual-function outdoor fire pit that is perfect for gathering with friends and family. There is an option to purchase a firewood bundle at the time of booking your reservation or upon check-in. Please plan accordingly as firewood is unavailable for purchase after 8:00 PM. Outside firewood is not permitted.
Booking Policy & Liability
You must be 21 or older to rent a glamping cabin.
Should the cabin be left in unsatisfactory condition or damaged, we reserve the rights to charge the cost of repairs to the payment method used at booking.
Smoking is prohibited on Ashland Glamping property; including, but not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, etc. If we smell smoke in the glamping unit at your departure, you will be charged a $250 fine. Electronic cigarettes or vapes are allowed but must be used outside glamping tents.
Ashland Glamping is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to your car or associated property while staying on the glamping property.
Please be respectful to other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum during curfew hours (10 PM to 7 AM). Outside guests not staying overnight, must leave by curfew.

Traveling to Ashland Glamping
If you’re traveling from the interstate, take Exit 426 for NE-66 towards Ashland/Gretna.
Merge onto NE-66 East/East 12th Street and continue for about 2 miles.
Turn right onto E. Park Hwy/NE-66 and continue for approximately 7 miles.
Look out for a big white barn and turn into the drive at 30199 E. Park Hwy Ashland, NE 68003!
